Katharine Bullard

Katharine Bullard is an experienced academic and research professional, currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Lehigh University since January 2016, following roles as Senior Research Program Development Officer and Research Program Development Officer. Prior to this, Katharine was a Campaign Support Coordinator at SEIU from June 2014 to January 2016. An academic background includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University from September 2006 to May 2014. Katharine Bullard earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed an AB in History at the University of Chicago.
