Leah Mason

Leah Mason, Ed.D., currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Iacocca Institute and Director of the Iacocca International Internship Program at Lehigh University since August 2025. Additionally, Mason is an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University, where responsibilities include teaching courses on global higher education and education research methods. Previously, Mason held the position of Deputy Director of Research, Evaluation, and Learning at the Institute of International Education, overseeing a diverse portfolio of research projects related to global mobility and international education. Mason's extensive experience at the Institute includes roles such as Research Lead, Project Director for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program, and Research Officer focusing on language instruction. Earlier professional experiences include positions as Outreach Coordinator and Research Assistant at various educational institutions. Academic credentials include an EdD and EdM from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as bachelor's degrees in Music Education and Music Theory from Otterbein University.
