Louis Gardiner

Louis Gardiner is an experienced professional in residence life and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Lehigh University since June 2016. In this role, Louis designs and implements training programs for staff, focusing on essential areas such as community engagement and emergency response, while supervising and mentoring teams of up to 30 individuals. Prior to this position, Louis was the Residential Area Manager at Saint Joseph's University from July 2012 to June 2016, where leadership was provided to teams of 20 paraprofessional staff and involvement in recruitment processes was undertaken. Louis holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Immaculata University.
