Stacey Kimmel-Smith has extensive experience in client services and library management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Client Experience and Software Management at Lehigh University since March 1998. In this role, Stacey oversees various student and general services, including the LTS Help Desk, and leads a team of eleven full-time staff and over forty student employees to support the computing needs of the university community. Prior to this position, Stacey held roles at North Carolina State University as a reference librarian and bibliographer, and at Miami University as an electronic services reference librarian, systems librarian, and Assistant to the Dean of Libraries. Stacey holds a Master of Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University, alongside additional graduate coursework in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Miami University.
