Gregory G. Kile

Gregory Kile is Chief Insurance Officer of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Populytics, Inc., an advanced analytics firm that aims to increase the quality and value of the patient experience through advanced health care analytics insights and comprehensive population health management. In this role, Mr. Kile is responsible for advancing population health management initiatives. He also leads and develops insurance-related competencies, accelerates efforts related to payment innovation and advances the Populytics platform to create valuable health plan projects for the region.

Mr. Kile was the Founding Executive Director of Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization. He also was Chief Innovation Officer at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania (operating now as Highmark) for three years prior to returning to LVHN to facilitate the journey toward accountability, advanced analytical capabilities, population health management and collaborative payer/partner relationships.

Mr. Kile is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Industry Leadership Council for the Health Systems Engineering Program at Lehigh University, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is on the Board of Trustees for Lehigh Valley Health Services, Populytics, Inc., Cetronia Ambulance Corps and the Burn Prevention Network. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization.
