James C. Miller

James C. Miller, CRNA, MS, MBA, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Cedar Crest, and Senior Vice President, Perioperative Services. He is responsible for operations at LVH–Cedar Crest and LVH–17th Street, and provides clinical and operational leadership for all facets of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) comprehensive perioperative and endoscopy services program.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Miller was President of LVH–Hecktown Oaks, located in Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, overseeing overall operations and the continued growth of the hospital campus.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Holy Family University, a Master of Science from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University. He also is a graduate of LVHN’s Institute for Health Care Leadership program. Mr. Miller is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Greater Easton Development Partnership Board of Directors.
