Kristin Folk

Kristin Folk is an experienced professional specializing in service and customer retention, currently serving as a Service & Retention Specialist for Lehigh Valley Phantoms since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin worked as an Event Coordinator at Action Party Rentals, Inc. from May 2021 to September 2021 and held the position of Sales Lead at EXPRESS from August 2016 to May 2021. Kristin also gained experience in social media marketing while working with Lehigh County Agricultural Society in the summer of 2015. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Tourism, and Restaurant Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, completing the degree in December 2015, and is a graduate of Parkland High School.
