Cathy Barnes

Cathy Barnes has over two decades of experience in the field of safety and business system support. Cathy began their career at BASF in 1995, where Cathy focused on document and records control, internal auditing, and training management systems. Cathy then moved on to LANXESS as an HSE Manager before joining Lehman-Roberts Company as a Safety Specialist. Throughout their career, Cathy has demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing quality management systems and document control programs. Cathy holds an Associate's Degree in Business Data Processing from East Arkansas Community College.
