Bobby Afshar has had work experience in different companies and roles. Bobby started working as a Foreign Legal Consultant at the China National Intellectual Property Administration in May 2014 and ended in October 2015. In September 2015, they joined LehmanBush as the Managing Director of the Shanghai Office. In May 2018, they became a member of the Board of Governors at the American Chamber of Commerce US.
Bobby Afshar's education history includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007. Bobby then pursued an MBA in International Finance through the Great Wall Program at Oklahoma City University in 2007-2008. Later, in 2010, they obtained a CERT in Chinese Law from Peking University. Bobby went on to complete an LL.M. in Chinese Foreign Investment Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2011 to 2013, and a J.D. in International Business (China) Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law from 2009 to 2012.
