Michael Rosenthal

International VP at LehmanBush

Michael Rosenthal has extensive work experience in various fields, including business consulting, international relations, and law. In 2013, they founded Rosenthal Business Consulting (RBC), which helps businesses grow locally and overseas. Michael also served as the President of the American Chamber of Commerce US (AmChamUS), representing over 10,000 companies globally. Prior to that, they worked as an International VP at LehmanBush, providing strategic advisory services worldwide. Michael has also held senior consulting roles at Yue-Sai Kan Productions Inc., Human Capital Group, and China Solutions, assisting clients in areas such as human resources, legal issues, and market entry into China. In 2005, they served as the CEO of Daylight Holdings in the Asia Pacific, managing various functions and expanding the company's presence in China, Vietnam, and Singapore. Before their career in business, Michael Rosenthal worked in the legal field, holding positions such as Minister of Justice for the Palau Government, Special Prosecutor, and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Michael also clerked for the Honorable Wilson Cowen at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Michael Rosenthal completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the American University Washington College of Law from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1981 to 1985.
