Viola Stark

Viola Stark has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Viola began their career as a Caseworker for the Landwirtschaftliche Berufsgenosenschaft Berlin from 1996 to 2002. Viola then worked as an HR Executive Intern for Placement UK in 2005. In 2007, Viola held the position of Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Redemption Films, followed by being an Executive Assistant to the Global Online Director, Creative Director, and Head of Development at BBC Worldwide. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Manager in International Production and as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations and SVP International Development at FremantleMedia. Viola also worked as a Freelance Translator, Subtitler, and Voiceover from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Trademob GmbH as an Event Manager, focusing on event marketing and online marketing. Viola then became a Chapter and Event Manager at Entrepreneurs' Organization, where they managed various learning events, conferences, and membership-related tasks. Since 2014, Viola has served as the Co-Founder and COO of Lehrerkolleg LK GmbH, overseeing the operations of Lehrermarktplatz.de. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a dedication to process improvement and maintaining relationships within their networks.

Viola Stark attended the University of Applied Sciences (HTW Berlin) from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Diplom degree in Business Law. Additionally, they also attended the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule, although the specific years of attendance and degree obtained are unknown. At the Heilpraktikerschule, Viola studied to become a Certified Nutritionist/Ernährungsberaterin.
