Eric Sheets

Eric Sheets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and volunteer leadership in search and rescue operations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Leia Inc., Eric has a strong background with the National Park Service and Alameda County Sheriff's Office as a volunteer K9 search and rescue team member. Eric’s expertise includes leading deployment operations and training programs for certified K9 teams through affiliations with CARDA and multiple non-profit organizations, where leadership roles have encompassed President and Program Manager. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in American Government and Politics from the US Coast Guard Academy and previously worked in various engineering and project management roles in telecommunications and law enforcement with the U.S. Coast Guard.
