Hassane El-Khoury

Hassane El-Khoury currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Leia Inc. since August 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer and President at onsemi since December 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Board Member at Sakuu Corp. from August 2020 to January 2023, and various leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from July 2007 to April 2020, including President and CEO. Additionally, Hassane held positions at Continental Automotive Systems from January 1999 to July 2007 as Senior Design Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
