Pedro Rangel de Faria

Pedro Rangel de Faria is an experienced research assistant with a strong background in molecular biology and bioengineering. Currently serving as a Student Research Assistant at Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden since November 2018, Pedro has also contributed to the Núcleo de Doenças Infecciosas as a Student Research Assistant from July 2016 to August 2017 and from January 2013 to July 2014. Additional experience includes a role as a Professor's Assistant in Molecular Biology at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from July 2013 to July 2014. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Molecular Bioengineering from Technische Universität Dresden and has pursued studies at The University of Edinburgh since October 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science with a focus on Biology and a second Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from The University of Sheffield.
