Aysar Ziyadeh

Aysar Ziyadeh has been VP Danaher Business System (DBS) since February 2023.

Aysar joins from Hach, where he acted as Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain for the past two years. He led Hach’s policy deployment initiatives focused on North America Distribution and Global Supply Continuity, achieving 4x daily revenue output through increased DC capabilities and reducing lead times through supply continuity. In his previous role at Hach, he was the Senior Director Global DBS, focussing on driving DBS maturity by deploying Centralized Kaizen CP funnels across all functions and regions, resulting in 2x growth in CPs and over 95% sustainability of Kaizens. He also led the launch of Holistic View of Commercial and redefined the commercial planning and review process to align the commercial organization action plans with the commercial growth bridge. Previously Aysar served as Senior Director Global Service and Support at Videojet. He owned the annual service strategy development and policy deployment, spearheading digitization and commercialization initiatives in Service, e.g., deploying a service commercialization playbook and delivering 3x growth in units under contract and double-digit service revenue growth, while driving connectivity of >10,000 devices.

Before his career at Danaher, Aysar held roles with increasing responsibility at Siemens Healthcare, where he worked for 14 years. He holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and lives with his wife and three kids in Chicago.
