Becky Rephun

Becky (Bradberry) Rephun has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to digital marketing and technology. Becky is currently working as the Director of Digital Marketing at Leica Microsystems. Previously, they held roles at Danaher Corporation, where they served as the Global Director of Digital Innovation and Senior Global Manager of Digital Technology. At Danaher, they were responsible for leading strategic and technical initiatives, managing budgets and talent, and overseeing the implementation of marketing technology solutions. Before joining Danaher, Becky worked at Hach as a Global Digital Project Manager, where they successfully implemented various digital marketing solutions. Prior to that, they had experience as a Senior Oracle Consultant at Foster Concepts Inc., an Oracle Programmer/Analyst at Dot Hill Systems, and a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Group Publishing. Becky started their career as a Systems Analyst at Agere Systems (formerly Lucent Technologies) and also worked briefly as a Software Consultant at IBM.

Becky (Bradberry) Rephun has completed Master of Science coursework in Software Engineering at Regis University. Becky also holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Colorado State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Google Ads Search Certification from Google in October 2019 and the Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in May 2018.
