Carlo Spizuoco

Carlo Spizuoco has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carlo started their career as a Technician for medical equipment at Impianti Elettrici Civili Bergamaschi Attilio in 1993. Carlo then moved on to S.I.R.A.M. S.p.A., where they worked as a Technician of electromedical equipment. In 1997, they joined NEUMED S.r.l. as a Commercial Technician, selling electromedical devices and disposable products to various medical departments.

In 1998, Carlo became a Product & Sales Manager at M.L.T. S.r.l., working in the industrial electrical material sector and supporting national and international distribution. Carlo then transitioned to TECNO instruments S.r.l. in 2000, taking on the role of Commercial Technician for Ophthalmology, focusing on selling electromedical equipment and disposable materials specific to the field.

In 2002, Carlo joined Leica Microsystems as a Product & Application Manager, responsible for supporting the international distribution network, conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms, and attending conferences and workshops. Throughout their tenure, they took on various leadership positions within the company, including Business Manager EMEA Ophthalmology and NEE-MEA Sales Director. Currently, they serve as the EMEA Sales Director, overseeing sales strategies in 60 countries and supporting direct and indirect sales teams.
