Dr. Ernst-Stephan Kuper

Dr. Ernst-Stephan Kuper, CIPP/E, currently serves as Associate General Counsel EMEA & APJ and Head of Data Privacy and Transactional Excellence at Leica Microsystems since January 2021, while also holding the position of Director at Danaher Group. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Legal for P&G Health and Data Protection Officer in Germany at Procter & Gamble, as well as General Counsel for Consumer Health at Merck Gruppe. Dr. Kuper's earlier career includes positions at Vodafone and GÖHMANN Rechtsanwälte. Academic qualifications include a law degree from The University of Freiburg and a doctoral degree from the University of Münster, with additional studies at the University of Aberdeen.
