Giancarlo Parma

Giancarlo Parma has over three decades of experience in the field of advanced workflow solutions and sales management, currently serving as the EMEA Advanced Workflow Specialist at Leica Microsystems since November 1993. In this role, Giancarlo provides essential pre and post sales support to enhance customer workflows. Previously, Giancarlo held the position of Product Manager for South Europe, focusing on strategic consulting and business plan development, and also served as a Team Leader, guiding a group of sales agents. Prior to Leica Microsystems, Giancarlo was the Sales Manager at Assing S.p.A. Giancarlo's educational background includes a degree in Biology with a focus on Genetics from Università degli Studi di Milano and a diploma in English at the B1 level from Connor English Course in 2011, in addition to a high school diploma in Biological Sciences from Liceo Scientifico.
