Masayuki Igarashi

Masayuki Igarashi currently serves as the Senior HR Manager for Japan & Korea at Leica Microsystems since January 2025. Prior to this role, Masayuki held the position of Senior HR Manager at Cognex Corporation from June 2020 to December 2024. Masayuki's extensive experience in human resources includes various roles at DHL Supply Chain, such as HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Learning and Development Manager from October 2014 to May 2020. Earlier in the career, Masayuki worked at Japan Airlines from April 2003 to April 2011, focusing on Flight Crew Relations and Human Resources. Masayuki holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University and participated in an exchange program at McGill University.
