Milad Soleimani, PhD, serves as a Field Application Scientist at Leica Microsystems since July 2023, providing technical application support and troubleshooting for advanced microscopy systems. With previous experience as a Project Lead in cancer research at The University of Texas at Austin, Milad conceptualized experiments to investigate the transcription factor TFEB in triple-negative breast cancer and successfully led preclinical studies for novel cancer therapies. Prior roles include a Scientist at The University of Texas at Arlington, where Milad coordinated interdisciplinary research and taught numerous students in chemistry and biochemistry. Earlier experience as a Laboratory Technician at American University of Ras Al Khaimah involved managing laboratory operations and conducting experimental test runs. Milad holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from American University of Ras Al Khaimah.
