Patrick Musch

Patrick Musch has a diverse and extensive work experience. Patrick currently serves as the Director Global Rewards & HR Operational Excellence at Leica Microsystems since April 2020. Prior to this, they were the Vice President / Head of Compensation & Benefits at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from April 2019 to December 2019.

Before joining HypoVereinsbank, Musch worked for HeidelbergCement where they held various roles. Patrick served as the Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits and HR Processes from August 2011 to March 2019. Prior to that, from June 2008 to July 2011, they worked as the Corporate Development Manager.

Musch began their career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where they worked as a Senior Consultant from August 2004 to May 2008.

Patrick Musch obtained their Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, completing their studies from 1995 to 2004.
