Stephanie Connor

Stephanie Connor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management at Leica Microsystems since March 2023, Stephanie previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Danaher Corporation and Linx Printing Technologies from April 2016 to March 2023. Prior roles include Senior HR Adviser at Bard Pharmaceuticals Limited and HR Advisor at Princes Limited, along with a long tenure as HR Manager at Sainsbury's from August 1995 to September 2013. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern European Cultural Studies & Urban Policy from Edge Hill University, earned between 1992 and 1995, and attended Culford School from 1987 to 1992.
