Rachel Skelton

Rachel Skelton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and scientific research. Currently serving as Senior Director at Leica Biosystems since August 2016, Rachel has held positions including Director of Business Development for Pharma Partnerships and Business Development Manager. Previous roles at Insight Genetics Inc involved leading business development initiatives and establishing validation procedures for molecular diagnostic assays, along with earning ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Educational achievements include a PhD in Developmental Neuroscience and Genetics from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts.
