Jonathan Davies has extensive experience with Leicestershire Police since February 2004, currently serving as a Detective Sergeant supervising the investigation of Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) while applying the victim-centered Op Soteria model. Previous roles include supervising major crime investigations within the East Midlands Special Operations Unit and leading the Digital Forensics Unit, significantly reducing examination turnaround times.
