Mel Thomas QPM has extensive experience in law enforcement and fitness instruction, serving as a Positive Action Officer with Leicestershire Police since July 1991. In addition to this role, Mel currently works as a Ground Hunter on Channel 4’s Hunted since September 2021 and serves as an Assessor at Practice to Progress from March 2021. Concurrently, Mel has been a Fitness Instructor for Leicester City Council since January 2006, specializing in indoor cycling, resistance training, Boxercise, and circuits. Educational background includes attendance at Soar Valley College from 1981 to 1985.
