Michael H. is an experienced professional currently serving as a jHub Innovation Scout and Programme Manager at jHub Defence, where responsibilities include managing UK MOD innovation programmes and ensuring operational success by coordinating numerous stakeholders. Michael has also held the role of Special Constable with Leicestershire Police since 2014, where full police powers are exercised to address public safety issues. Additionally, Michael serves as a volunteer and Team Leader at The Bridge, a charity supporting the homeless in Leicester, and previously worked as a Cyber Security Engineer and various roles as a Graduate Engineer within the UK Ministry of Defence. Educationally, Michael holds a degree in Intelligent Systems and Robotics from the University of Bradford and has a diverse background that includes engineering roles at Rolls-Royce and experience in radio presenting and gardening business management.
