Sarah Taylor FCIPD is a highly experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning, Leadership & Career Development at Leicestershire Police since October 2019. In this role, Sarah has successfully designed, developed, and implemented the "Team Leicestershire Academy," fostering innovative and remote learning solutions through Office 365. Prior to this, Sarah held various positions within Leicestershire Police, including Senior Learning, Leadership & Development Manager and Regional Learning & Development Business Partner for the East Midlands Collaborative HR. Sarah's extensive background also includes a significant tenure at Santander Bank, where responsibilities encompassed graduate recruitment and development, and previous experience at Alliance & Leicester focused on organizational training solutions. Sarah holds a Post Graduate degree in HR Management from De Montfort University.
