Zoe Clark currently serves as the Leadership, Talent and Careers Lead on secondment with Leicestershire Police since October 2022. Prior to this role, Zoe held the position of HR Business Partner at Derbyshire Constabulary and Leicestershire Police from October 2020 to October 2022. Zoe's experience in talent acquisition includes a role as Talent Acquisition Lead at Boots UK from April 2018 to October 2020, and earlier positions at Triumph Motorcycles Limited as an HR Advisor, Wincanton as an HR Officer, and Next Ltd as a Regional HR Officer. Zoe began their career in HR as an HR Assistant at Samworth Brothers Supply Chain and Office Angels. Academically, Zoe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Criminology from The University of Sheffield and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Human Resources from De Montfort University, supplemented by various qualifications.
