Brigitte Heming

Brigitte Heming is currently the Senior HR adviseur at Universiteit Leiden, where Brigitte coördinates HR advice, develops and implements HR policies and processes, and advises on organizational changes and complex personnel issues. Prior to this role, Brigitte held positions such as Senior Personeelsadviseur at Laurens and Projectleider Uitstroom ID-banen at St. Dr. Schroeder van der Kolk Bedrijven, where Brigitte managed the outflow of employees and coordinated legal processes. With a background in academia, Brigitte has also served as a Universitair Docent Veiligheidskunde at TU Delft and conducted research on safety management. Brigitte holds a PhD in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie and has completed postdoctoral studies in Arbeids- en Organisatiekunde.
