Ezra Dijkstra

Ezra Dijkstra has extensive experience in customer support and graphic design, currently serving as a Medewerker Customer Support Projectteam at Universiteit Leiden since March 2018, working within the ICT Shared Service Centre to support educational and operational functions. Previous roles include Grafisch vormgever at Skyler store, where luxury furniture and home accessories are sold, and Grafisch ontwerper DTP at Printerette Digishop B.V., focusing on customer product sales. Earlier experience includes working as an Allround medewerker at De Bink and as a Verkoopmedewerker at Roest B.V. Ezra's education includes ongoing studies in HBO Agile Scrum and DevOps at LOI, an MBO in IT Dienstverlening from NCOI Opleidingen, and an MBO in Graphic Design from LOI.
