Gaye Eksen

Gaye Eksen, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and international education, currently serving as Team Lead Mobility and International Programmes Officer at Leiden University since September 2011. Gaye Eksen provides tailored advice to local and international students to enhance their study abroad experiences. Previous roles include serving as a Research and Teaching Staff Member at the Turkish Studies Department, where Gaye Eksen supported research initiatives and managed social media platforms for the department. Gaye Eksen also worked as a Turkey Correspondent for Dutch television, offering translation, interpretation, and on-location guidance, and has a background as a freelance translator.
