Henriette Pluimers

Henriette Pluimers is a seasoned Human Resource and Management Consultant, currently working at Buena Onda Organisatieadvies since October 2002. With extensive experience in organizational development, Henriette has served as a Human Resource Consultant at Leiden University and as a Leermanager at Sioo since March 2023 and September 2019, respectively. Prior roles include Senior HR and Organizational Advisor at the Netherlands Forensic Institute from February 2020 to December 2022 and various advisory positions for different organizations since 2002. Henriette holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University and has completed several specialized courses in Organizational Learning, Change, and Strategic HRM.
