Marijn Stipdonk- van der Geest

Marijn Stipdonk-van der Geest is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and organizational development. Since March 2011, Marijn has served as the Coördinator HR advies at Leiden University, overseeing HR advisory services and leadership initiatives. Prior roles include Senior HR adviseur at the Faculty of Law and HR adviseur at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Prior to working at Leiden University, Marijn was a P&O Consulent at Naturalis Biodiversity Center from November 2009 to February 2011. Marijn holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden.
