Marlon van Leeuwen

Marlon van Leeuwen is an experienced trainer and coach with extensive expertise in communication training, coaching leadership, personal leadership, and developmental conversations, currently working at MVL Coaching since 2007. Additionally, Marlon has held various roles at Universiteit Leiden since August 2002, providing advice and support to management teams on HR policy implementation, organizational changes, and employee coaching. Marlon was also the owner of InterVisa from June 2014 to January 2016, developing an automated workflow for visa and residence permit applications. Earlier in the career, Marlon worked as a project leader and branch manager at StarJob Uitzendbureau from 1995 to 2002. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel and Labor from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by further education at NAVP and SIOO.
