Stephanie

Stephanie Cap is a Doctoral Researcher at Leiden University, focusing on the climate and health impacts of lifestyle shifts since August 2021. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Teaching Assistant at Leiden University from January 2020 to February 2021, supporting various MSc courses and evaluating student work. Prior experience includes roles at Ahold Delhaize as a Specialist in Product Sustainability and Innovation, where strategic development for sustainable retailing was coordinated, and as a Product Development and Sustainability Analyst at Delhaize America. Stephanie began a career with an International Management Trainee role at Delhaize Group, focusing on sustainability initiatives. Earlier internships at ERM, Feed The Children, and the U.S. Department of Education provided foundational experience in environmental assessment and policy matters. Stephanie holds dual Master of Science degrees in Industrial Ecology from Leiden University and Delft University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from American University.
