Vincent Wolters

Vincent Wolters possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Hoofd HR at the Faculty of Archaeology and holding multiple senior HR advisory roles at Universiteit Leiden since January 2018. Previously, Vincent was the owner and partner at HRM Capital from January 2016 to December 2017, and managed operations at Stichting Human Concern from 2014 to 2016. Vincent’s career includes significant positions such as HR Director Benelux/EMEA at Right Management and Head of HR roles at KLIQ Groep and earlier organizations. Vincent's educational background includes a Master’s in Management Consulting from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a postgraduate degree in European Tourism Management from Bournemouth University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the Academie Mens-Arbeid te Tilburg.
