Alex K.

Alex K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alex started their career at USAID in 1997, where they served as an IT Systems Manager. In this role, they supervised a team of Systems Administrators and programmers, managed the information systems department, and implemented policies on system usage.

In 2015, Alex joined Octo Consulting Group as a Senior Manager. Alex held this position until 2017 and contributed to the company's operations.

Since 2017, Alex has been working at LEIDIT, initially as a ServiceNow Architect. In this role, they led a development team in implementing automation using the ServiceNow Platform, customized platform modules and applications, and introduced continuous improvement to enhance operations.

In January 2018, Alex was promoted to Chief Executive Officer at LEIDIT, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated expertise in IT management, system development, and process improvement.

Alex K. began their education at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Engineering from 1991 to 1996. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2002 to 2004. Continuing their education, Alex K. obtained a certification as a Certified Fitness Instructor from The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute in 2011-2012. Additionally, they gained a SAFe Program Consultant 4.0 certification from Scaled Agile in 2016 and a ServiceNow Certified Implementer - PPM certification from ServiceNow in 2019. Alex K. also holds a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, although the duration is unknown.
