Andy Vaughn is an experienced professional in the field of energy efficiency and engineering. Currently serving as Portfolio Engineering Manager at Leidos since September 2010, Andy leads technical and application processing teams to evaluate energy efficiency projects for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Programs. Prior to this role, Andy worked as an Analyst at Sandia National Laboratories from February 2004 to August 2010 and completed a Project Engineer Internship at Packaging Technologies in 2000. Andy holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
