Bastien Casper

Bastien Casper is currently the Managing Director at Leidos, where they are responsible for forecasting hiring goals and developing strategies to meet both internal and external customer needs. Previously, Bastien served as a Staff Associate at Young Life from 2015 to 2018, where they recruited and trained volunteers and implemented fundraising strategies. Before that, they worked as a Communications Assistant at Freedom 4/24 from 2013 to 2015, supporting efforts to combat human trafficking.
