Carla Cernigliaro

Carla Cernigliaro is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Since August 2016, Carla has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Leidos, overseeing financial operations for both the Commercial & International and Civil groups, supporting various government customers. Prior to Leidos, Carla worked at Lockheed Martin for 15 years in roles such as Expense Planning & Analysis Senior Manager and Finance Manager, managing substantial budgets and financial operations. Carla began their career with an internship at Merrill Lynch and holds an MBA in International Business and a BSBA in Finance from Drexel University.
