Chetan Paul

Chetan Paul is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in the Federal Health sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Innovation for Civilian Health Solutions at Leidos since January 2017, Chetan specializes in disruptive innovation and digital transformation. Prior roles include Business and IT Strategist as an Independent Consultant, where Chetan managed FDA’s IT modernization projects, and CTO for SRA, where Chetan oversaw the FDA MARCS program. Chetan's expertise includes leading high-performing teams, implementing advanced technology stacks, and driving process improvements across various organizations, including Acumen Solutions and Aricent Technologies. Chetan holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Amravati University.
