D.J. C. is an experienced analytics leader and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. They served as Associate Director of HR Analytics at Zimmer Biomet from 2018 to 2021 and previously held roles in financial analysis at Raytheon and as a cost analyst at AM General LLC. Currently, D.J. is the Director of HR Data & Analytics at Leidos and pursuing advanced degrees in business administration and data science from Ball State University, the University of Notre Dame, and Northwestern University.
