Lance Roncalli

Lance Roncalli is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Sales Leader at Leidos since May 2023, Lance previously held multiple executive roles, including Chief Revenue Officer at ByBox and Operative, where significant revenue milestones and customer retention improvements were achieved. Prior experience includes serving as EVP of Global Sales and Marketing at Crossmatch, where Lance contributed to record growth and facilitated an acquisition, as well as leading sales efforts at Smiths Detection and L-1 Identity Solutions. Lance began their career as EVP of Worldwide Sales at Fiberlink Communications, ultimately contributing to its successful acquisition by IBM. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
