Matthew Aulds is a US Marine veteran and an accomplished global call center executive with extensive experience leading large-scale operations. Aulds currently serves as Program Management Director at Leidos, overseeing a department of approximately 550 employees and managing a $45 million program budget. Previously, Aulds held leadership roles at Wipro Limited, Chase, and USAA, where they focused on performance management, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Aulds earned a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
