Paul Latif

Paul Latif is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software program management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Software Program Manager at Leidos since September 2025, Paul previously held the position of Program Manager at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. from June 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Paul was a Project Manager at Mile Two from June 2020 to May 2023. Paul’s notable tenure in the United States Air Force spanned from December 2004 to June 2020, where various roles included Air Forces Southern System Program Manager and Cyber Security Liaison, overseeing cybersecurity compliance and incident investigation, as well as managing Command and Control operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
