Peggy Farrell

Peggy Farrell, PMP, QEP, CHMM, is an experienced NEPA Program Manager and Senior Scientist at Leidos since August 2016, specializing in project management for Navy and other Federal agency NEPA projects, with a strong focus on public involvement through various outreach methods. Prior to this role, Peggy Farrell worked as an Environmental Scientist at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from April 1986 to July 2016, including a temporary assignment as project manager for a significant project. Peggy Farrell holds a Master of Science in Natural Sciences and Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
