Peter Phipps

Peter Phipps is a Principal Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Leidos, where they contribute to innovative solutions in national security, health, and engineering. They began their civilian career at SAIC before the company transitioned into Leidos. Prior to this, they served in the U.S. Navy for eight years as a Naval Flight Officer, specializing in the P-3C Orion aircraft and participating in multiple deployments. Peter earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering in 2011 and a Master of Science in Project Management in 2013, both from George Washington University, and became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2012.
