Rick Marrero

Rick Marrero is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major defense contractors, currently serving as Director of Global Supply Chain for the Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos since August 2023. Previously, Rick held multiple senior positions at Northrop Grumman from 1997 to August 2023, culminating as Corporate Director of Global Supply Chain, where responsibilities included developing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and manage supplier relationships. Rick's background encompasses diverse functions in supply chain management, procurement, and program management, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University, along with completion of an Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
