Rita Chavez

Rita Chavez, PMP, has over 30 years of experience in project management and software engineering. Currently, Rita serves as a Project Manager at Leidos, a position held since September 2013, and has a previous tenure at Leidos (formerly SAIC/National Security Sector) from January 2001 to September 2013, where Rita held roles as Project Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Software Systems Engineer. Earlier in Rita's career, from February 1990 to January 2002, Rita worked as a Software Engineer at Computer Science Innovations. Rita holds a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management from Webster Vienna Private University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
